  4. Production – Artisans begin weaving. We share progress photos and updates for key milestones.

  5. Quality check & delivery – Each piece undergoes inspection, is professionally packaged and shipped or delivered to site.

  6. Aftercare – We supply care guides and, if needed, advice for long term maintenance and warranty claims.

Minimums and lead times

  • Minimum order quantity varies by product and customization level. Small bespoke pieces are possible. For larger runs we typically require a minimum order to secure production slots.

  • Lead times depend on size and complexity. Approximate timelines: small custom pieces 4 to 8 weeks, medium 8 to 12 weeks, larger or complex projects 12 weeks plus. Exact timings provided with proposals.
