We offer free shipping to all U.S. addresses. Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we’ll provide a tracking number and order update so you can follow your rug every step of the way.

Sales Tax: All U.S. orders will include applicable state sales tax at checkout.

Canadian & International Deliveries

Deliveries outside the U.S. are charged based on location and order volume. Below are guide prices:

• Canada: $50 – $99

• Europe: $70 – $120

• Other countries:  $120 – $180

Note: For international orders, applicable local taxes, customs, and import duties may be applied by the shipping company upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times – Stock Items

U.S. Orders: In-stock items are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

International Orders: Deliveries outside the U.S. generally take 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery of Made-to-Order or Out-of-Stock Items

If the estimated delivery time for a made-to-order or out-of-stock item exceeds the standard range, we will:

• Provide a confirmed delivery date from our artisans whenever possible.

• Offer you the choice to wait for your order or receive a full refund if a firm date cannot be confirmed.
